The international dishes included; Three cup-chicken, Arepas, Mom’s Hot Dish, Spring Rolls, Pork Skewers & Salbutes Mestizos. This event gives international students the opportunity to promote their home country and engage in community.  For customers, it’s a chance to taste international cuisine.

The event attracted crowds of customers who sampled the dishes took the recipes and purchased some of the products.  We also greeted special guest VP of Grenfell Jeff Keshen.  Justin Norman presented each student with a Coleman’s gift card as a token of appreciation.  A big thank you to the staff at the Gardens including Justin Norman, Benita Brake and brand new Deli staff member Chef Shelia Hames who drew upon her international work experience to prepare these delicious dishes.
